Allexi Alligator

allexi alligator is head chef at gator’s aap: a celebrated (and entirely meat-free) diner nestled in the louisiana marshland. renowned for his tofu chowder and okra gumbo, allexi gives classic southern staples a veggie twist – and takes pride in feeding just about everyone who wanders into his swamp. even amuseable peanut, who, wildly off-route, found himself in need of some sustenance after gator-frogging across the gap, got a warm southern welcome. (allexi didn’t charge him a dime .after all, it’s not often someone cartwheels through the mid-lunch service!).
