Please read our policies below carefully before initiating a return.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).* The returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order. Orders postmarked after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to us. Please insure your package against loss or damage. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they have been received.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you received free shipping for an order under $100 and an item is returned making the order less than $100, you will be charged the appropriate shipping tier amount.

In Store Returns
We happily accept returns of goods WITH RECEIPT for exchange or store-credit within 7 days of purchase in store.
Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. If something is damaged after it leaves the shop, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Clothing may not have been washed, please follow care instructions carefully.
Even though we are a small shop and we might remember you purchasing the goods, we cannot process the return or exchange without either a printed receipt or the receipt number. Please understand that we have to process our returns through our POS system and cannot do it without the receipt. Gifts given without a receipt cannot be exchanged.
