Please read our policies below carefully before initiating a return.

Online Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund.* The returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at hi@personifyshop.com and the package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order. Orders postmarked after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded. 

Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to us. Please insure your package against loss or damage. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they have been received.

*All intimates, bodysuits, art, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you purchased online and are picking up in store, you have seven days to pick up your order at which time the return time window kicks in. You are eligible to return your items within 7 calendar days of that date. 


In Store Returns

We happily accept returns of goods with receipt for exchange or store-credit within 7 days of purchase in store.

Returned items must be in original condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Unworn and unwashed, tags attached, free from makeup and fake tan, free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder. Clothing may not have been washed, please follow care instructions carefully. If something is damaged after it leaves the shop, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. 

Gifts given without a receipt cannot be exchanged.
