So now that you’ve placed your order (yay!), here’s all you need to know about how your new treasures are going to get home:
When you purchase something from Personify you are supporting a small business and many of the other artists and small businesses we work with (thank you thank you thank you!). We personally package each shipment with care, and include a little handwritten note and postcard.
Please double check the info on your order – we’d hate to have the address be wrong on your shipment.
We try to get your order out as fast as possible, typically within 3-5 business days, because we know how eager you are to get your Personify goods!
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
We typically ship USPS Priority with tracking and insurance.
Once the package is in the hands of USPS we cannot control how long it takes for the package to arrive at your address. If an item is not delivered within the time frame given by USPS, we can typically place a claim after 14 days. Once the claim has been approved, we can refund your order.
Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be called or emailed should this be the case.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Orders billed to Georgia will be charged a 6% Georgia sales tax.
If an item arrives damaged, we can work out a refund, replacement or exchange. Please let us know RIGHT AWAY about the damage and be prepared to send pictures of the package and/or items. Please be sure to keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Sometimes your email ends up in our spam folder… while we try to check every so often please call us if you haven’t heard from us in a timely matter.
Pick Up in Store
If you are local to the Duluth shop, you can choose the "pick up in store" shipping option and we will hold it for you for you. Lakemont customers: if you see something in the Duluth shop that isn’t at Lakemont, please let us know. We can bring it on our next trip!
We try to recycle as much material as possible when shipping, so you might receive a re-appropriated box, bubble wrap, or other shipping material. We recommend further recycling of these items.
ReturnsWe do not cover the shipping for a return and you will be charged for the appropriate shipping tier if you received free shipping for order over $100 and then return an item. Please see our Return Policy Page for all the info on returns.
