Q: What if I saw something on Instagram that I can’t live without and I don’t see it on here? Help!

A: This happens a lot and we are used to it. Just email us and we will get your order processed right away.

Q: So you’re a mother daughter team? Do you love it?

A: We do love it. We have always wanted a shop and are very blessed to get to do this together. But that doesn't mean we always see eye to eye! Personify is truly better because of our different ideas, styles, opinions, etc blended together. 

Q: Can I sell my work in your shop?

Here’s the short answer: We’d love to connect with you, but we might not be able to sell your work right now or it might not be the best fit for Personify.

Here’s the long answer: We are unable to respond to every submission made through the site. We have a long list of artists, makers, vendors, and small businesses that we’d love to work with and are gradually adding to the shop. We have a limited budget to bring new things in and we often already have those goods in mind for a long time. Occasionally if we think it’s the right fit we will order right away, or more often, tell you to keep us in the loop. Please do not automatically add us to your newsletter without asking. Q: Do you take goods on consignment?

A: No, we buy outright for the store.

Q: Who makes the goods in the shop?

A: Hundreds of different artists & makers. Some goods are made in the U.S. and some are imported. If you have a question about a specific item let us know.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about Personify?

A: Connecting with both makers and our customers, and the friendships formed through this little venture.
