Taffy Puff Front Tie Peplum Top *XS-L*

cute peplum top in sweet garden green and white stripes. top features a crew neckline, tie front, short puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs, and a ruffled bottom hem. cotton top does not stretch, but runs true to size. note: ties on front can be adjusted, but shirt is secured with hidden snaps under ties.
